The “Scary Adventure”

This blog is intended to share updates on Brennen’s journey with family and friends so as to better help them know how to be praying for him.

When beginning this journey Brennen said, “I’m starting my scary adventure.” Though it is scary and there are a lot of unknowns, we do know the God who formed Brennen in Jenny’s womb and know that He is in complete control over everything that happens in our lives.

Our prayer is that God would be glorified through this journey that He has placed us on.

  1. Dear Chris and family. We continue to lift you all up before the Lord and appreciate any updates. We love you folks and thank God for you and your church.

  2. Brennan, you don’t know us, but we’ve been visiting FBC lately, and we met you in the foyer on the Sunday before Christmas after you and your family blessed the body with the most beautiful musical Christmas message our family has ever experienced. What wonderful voices each of your family members have! That was quite a blessing you and your family gave ours that Sunday morning before Christmas, and all the more when we learned that you were also going through weekly treatments in Fresno. After reading your dad’s blog about your care and treatment at the Children’s Hospital, we just want to let you know we think you’re quite a courageous young man! We’re praying that the healing power of Jesus, together with the chemotherapy treatments, will bring complete and total remission/healing to your body, that God will keep each of you in His peace, and that He will be glorified in and through this trial. We’re praying for your entire family! The Reedall Family – Scott, Leah, Morgan, Abby, & Caleb

  3. We are friends of the Civiello’s and have been lifting Brennan and all of you since his diagnosis. Our 28 year old son was born with cancer and went through two surgeries & 9 months of chemo. We understand the storm. We saw God glorified in his little body and have no doubt He is and will be glorified in Brennan’s. May our great God continue to strengthen you and hold you close.
